Mrs. Welden's life skills class is working through a healthy bodies unit. This morning, they completed a seated 5 minute adaptive workout. Afterwards, students spent time creating a workout plan for them to complete this week and journaling how they felt after working out.

The Braves defeated Carmel 60-59 in an overtime thriller! Our Braves JV team also won 39-37! Go Braves! 🏀
The Lady Braves won a thriller in double overtime against Rock Creek 85-80 while the JV team also won 42-20! Go Lady Braves! 🏀
Braves won 82-54 to remain undefeated in MSC conference. JV won 44-37 to remain undefeated for the season.
