Beginning Monday, October 21st, BCMS is amending our sign-in-/sign-out procedures for students arriving to school after the start of the day and for those students needing to leave prior to dismissal.
Returning from Fall Break, parents/guardians will notice a computer station in the BCMS entryway. Parents are asked to complete a short electronic form which is automatically relayed to the main office when submitted. BCMS staff will immediately process your student request.
We are changing our procedure for two primary reasons: 1) to increase efficiency in responding to parent requests, and 2) to help maintain better attendance/school visitation records.
The elementary school has already implemented this procedure to much success. BCMS and BCHS have elected to utilize the same procedure, providing continuity across all three district schools.
