Welcome back BCMS Families!
Back-to-school documents that require parent/guardian signatures will be completed online and are available now. You will fill these out online instead of on paper at Open House. If you have access to your Parent Harmony account, you can log in now and scroll down to the "Online Registration" section. Anything in BLUE needs to be completed.
If you do not have access to your Harmony Parent Account, please follow the directions below:
Family Access allows you to set up one account and view the data for ALL of your students from that one account! If you have multiple students, you will receive a registration code for each student.
To set up your account:
- Using a web browser, go to https://bccsc.logickey.com/harmony/bccsc/familyaccess.nsf/hello.xsp
Create an account here.
On the Create my account screen, enter your first name, last name (Guardian name- not student name), and email address
Enter a username
Enter a password
Type the same password again to confirm you have entered it correctly
Click Register.
After setting up your account, you will be prompted to enter the registration code for your child and his/her date of birth. This will then link your child to your account. The registration code for each child has been sent to the guardian email address on file. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to your child's school.
If you have another student, you can enter his/her code at this time, or you can use the Manage Account link to add other students at a later time. You do not need to create separate accounts for each student! Simply enter the registration code for each student to link all your students to your account.
After adding the students, touch any of the students’ names in the top left in a green box.
Each student's profile will need consent forms completed by clicking each consent form in blue writing. Once that form is complete, it will show a check mark in the box next to it. This will need to be completed once for each school year. You can change your address/phone number at any time in Harmony throughout the year.
You will be able to view your students' schedules, grades, and attendance.
Please review all contact information and make any updates needed. This is how our school plans to communicate with you, via email and/or phone. It is very beneficial to keep all information up to date.
When you are finished reviewing the information for your student(s), log out.
