BES Drop-Off & Pick-Up Map Reminders!
We just wanted to remind all BES families of our Drop-Off and Pick-Up maps.
BES Drop-Off: Families can drop off at 7:30am-8:20am. Tardy Bell rings at 8:20. Families are asked to not park, but to get in the drop-off line, WHICH IS ONE LINE FOR DROP-OFF, and there will be staff outside to open car doors and help students out of their vehicles. This helps traffic move smoothly and seamlessly. Refer to image below for guidance.
All students will need to be dropped off AND picked up at the K-1 Wing (Door 8) doors if they are a car rider.
If your student(s) are to be car riders for Pick-Up, they will need a car rider tag. Please call the BES Office at 812-358-3680 for car rider tag info if you don't already have one.
All busses will drop-off AND pick-up in the main parking lot in front of the Main Office (Door 1) doors. Please see images below for help.
BES Pick-Up: Families are welcome to line up for Pick-Up at 2:30pm. Pick-up is TWO LINES. We will release five vehicles on one side, and then the other five vehicles on the parallel side. Lines will move forward with direction from staff members in reflective vests. Please refer to images below for guidance.
