Grade 7 Tech Ed students construct animated scenes. Students picked a scene from a movie, book, or historical moment. They recreate the scene using programming technology. Students bring the scenes to life with programmed lighting and motors to create movement.

Persimmon fever has hit the BCMS ag classes. BCMS ag students took time to use a hand crank food mill to process persimmons into persimmon pulp. After discovering that maybe "it's not as easy as it looks", the students took the time to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

BCMS Ag students enjoyed, or "tried to enjoy," arugula salad from their fall garden. Although a few students went back for seconds, most agreed one helping was enough. Arugula has a peppery and slightly bitter taste along with a distinct aroma that many weren't excited about :)
